| 摘 要： | 目的]研究酸雨对佛甲草生长的影响,为佛甲草在合肥的进一步推广提供理论依据。方法]以1年生佛甲草的盆栽扦插苗为试材,将98%的浓硫酸滴入蒸馏水中,配制成pH值分别为2.0、3.0、4.0和5.0的4个酸度梯度的模拟酸雨对佛甲草进行处理,研究酸雨对佛甲草根冠比、体内pH值、叶绿素含量的影响。结果]酸雨pH值为2.0和3.0时,对植物体内pH值有显著影响,导致植物体地上部分叶片脱落或萎蔫,对植物的根冠比有明显影响,使佛甲草的根冠比大于对照,植物体内pH值和叶绿素含量均显著减小,植物体内pH值由酸雨pH值为5.0时的4.99降至pH值为2.0时的4.11;叶绿素含量由pH值为5.0时的0.184mg/g降至pH值为2.0时的0.1mg/g。结论]佛甲草不适于在自然降水pH≤3的区域生长。
