摘    要:目的]开发出一种用于防治犬细小病毒病的新药物。方法]将不同剂量的Alloferon1添加于病毒感染前、病毒感染同时、病毒感染后的细胞培养液中进行体外抗犬细小病毒试验。结果]FK81细胞接种CPV后2 d,细胞开始变圆,胞质内颗粒增多;4~6 d后病变细胞呈葡萄串状脱落。在80%细胞产生病变时收取病毒,TCID50为10-6.2~10-6.3/ml。对照组细胞上清的血凝反应为阴性,接种病毒细胞上清的血凝价为212。对照组的8孔细胞生长正常,接种病毒的8孔细胞全部产生病变。250.0和25.0μg/ml 2个浓度的抗病毒作用较强,2.5μg/ml的抗病毒作用较弱。在病毒感染前或同时加入多肽的抗病毒作用较好,而在病毒感染后加入多肽的抗病毒作用较弱。结论]Alloferon1可以用于犬细小病毒病的防治。
