微生物预处理稻草秸秆产沼气试验研究

摘    要:目的]寻求一种高效经济的微生物预处理方法。方法]利用实验室培养的黑曲霉、青霉和根霉对稻草秸秆进行前期预处理,分预处理5和10d2组,将预处理后的稻草进行厌氧沼气发酵,考察经菌处理后的稻草产气效果。结果]预处理5d的稻草发酵产沼气的周期为56d,产气高峰出现在发酵的第16天。经青霉、黑曲霉和根霉复合菌预处理的稻草产气效果最好,其TS产气潜力为136.03ml/g,比对照组提高了64.22%,VS产气潜力为166.07ml/g,比对照组提高65.92%。从经菌预处理10d的稻草产气效果来看,对照组产气总量高于试验组。结论]从TS、VS产气潜力及产气总量来看,菌预处理稻草5d的效果要高于菌预处理稻草10d的;从不同菌剂预处理效果来看,以黑曲霉、青霉和根霉复合菌剂预处理的效果最好。

Experimental Study of Biogas Fermentation with Rice Straw Pretreated by Microbe

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to seek for the high-effective and economic pretreatment method with microbe. Method] Penicillium,Aspergullus niger and Mucoraceae cultured in the Lab were used to make the pretreatment on the straw for 5 or 10 d,the pretreated rice straw were conducted for anaerobic biogas fermentation and the effects of biogas fermentation with rice straw treated by fungus were investigated. Result] The cycle of methane fermentation of rice straw pretreated for 5 d was 56 d and the biogas production peak appeared on 16th after fermentation. The gas production effect of rice straw pretreated for 5 d by the complex agent of Penicillium,A. niger and Mucoraceae was the best,its potential gas production was 136.03 ml/g·TS or 166.07 ml/g·VS,being increased by 64.22% or 65.92% resp. compared with the control group. As for the rice straw pretreated for 10 d,total gas production of control group was higher than that of other group. Conclusion] As for the results of the potential gas production for TS and VS and the total gas production,the effect of the rice straw pretreated with fungus for 5 d was better than that for 10 d. As for the pretreatment effects with different fungus agents,the biogas production effects of pretreatment with complex agent of Penicillium,A. niger and Mucoraceae was best.
