开发区土地集约利用评价——以襄樊国家级高新区为例

以襄樊国家级高新区为研究对象,构建了土地集约利用评价指标体系,并对开发区土地利用集约利用进行评价。结果表明,襄樊高新区已建成城镇建设用地比例较大,土地集约利用程度总体较高,管理绩效集约度突出。最后提高提出了开发区土地集约利用的政策性建议：一是合理调整用地范围,严格规划管理;二是集约利用存量土地;三是根据集约化原则招商引资;四是加强基础设施建设;五是创造良好发展环境。

Land Intensive Use Evaluation in Development Zone
