| 摘 要： | 目的]探索一种有效、实用的波杂山羊同期发情处理方法。方法]以波杂山羊为研究对象，设计了3种不同的同期发情处理方法，研究不同处理下波尔山羊的同期发情率、发情后卵巢状态以情期受胎率。结果]组1（CIDR＋PG＋PMSG）和组3（PG＋PMSG）的同期发情率显著高于组2（PG＋三合激素）（P〈0．05）。组1发情羊的卵巢状态明显优于组2和组3，而且其情期受胎率也显著高于其他2组（P〈0．05）。结论]CIDR＋PG＋PMSG是波杂山羊最有效的同期发情处理方法。
