南方白甲鱼卵巢发育的组织学研究

目的]探讨南方白甲鱼卵巢发育的组织学特点。方法]采用组织学方法对南方白甲鱼卵巢周年变化和卵母细胞发育进行了观察研究。结果]南方白甲鱼卵巢发育分为6期，其卵母细胞相应地划分为6个时相，其中第1时相的卵母细胞呈原始分化状态；第Ⅱ时相卵母细胞出现明显的卵黄核；第Ⅲ时相卵母细胞出现液泡；第Ⅳ时相卵母细胞分化明显，卵黄颗粒部分融合；第V、Ⅵ时相分别为卵子形成和退化吸收时相。卵巢发育为不完全同步型，属多次产卵。南方白甲鱼的产卵季节自每年的4月开始，盛期为5～7月。结论]为南方白甲鱼的人工繁育提供了技术参数。

Histological Study on the Ovary Development of Varicorhinus gerlachi

Objective] The aim was to discuss the histological characteristics of ovary development of Varicorhinus gerlachi.Method] The annual variation of ovary and development of oocyte of V.gerlachi were observed and studied by means of histological method.Result] The ovary development of V.gerlachi was divided into 6 periods,and oocyte growth had 6 phases,namely oocytes were in original differentiation state in phase Ⅰ,and then obvious yolk nuclei and vacuoles appeared in phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ,respectively,while oocytes differentiated obviously in phase Ⅳ,with the amalgamation of some yolk granules,finally eggs formed and oocytes degenerated in the phase V and Ⅵ.The development of ovary belonged to non-synchronous type and multiple spawning type.V.gerlachi began to spawn in April,and peak period was from May to July.Conclusion] The study could provide technical parameters for the artificial propagation of V.gerlachi.
