摘    要:目的]克隆鞘翅目昆虫黄粉虫酪氨酸羟化酶(TmTH)基因。方法]采用eDNA末端快速扩增(RACE)技术和PCR方法克隆了鞘翅目昆虫黄粉虫‰掰基因,并对其进行了生物信息学分析。结果]‰ⅢcDNA全长2103bp,包含1605bp的开放式阅读框,可编码534个氨基酸残基,蛋白质分子量为60.66kD,等电点为5.70,构建了其系统进化树。结论]m掰基因的克隆为鞘翅目昆虫酪氨酸’羟化酶的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to clone tyrosine hydroxylase gene of Tenebrio molitor (TmTH) of Coleoptera insects. Method] RACE and PCR methods of cDNA tail end was used to clone TmTH gene of Coleoptera insects, and bioinformatics analysis was carried out. Result] The overall length of TmTH cDNA was 2 103 bp, which including 1 605 bp open reading frame (ORF), thus can encoding a protein of 534 amino acid residues, and the molecular weight and pI of TmTH were 60.66 kD and 5.70,respectively.
