| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨铵态氮／硝态氮对鸡冠花试管开花的影响。方法]调节激素配比及铵态氮／硝态氮比例，研究其对鸡冠花试管开花的影响。结果]当NAA浓度为0．1mg／L时，鸡冠花试管开花率可达66．67％；当6-BA与NAA配合使用时，开花率都较高，最高达60．00％，最低达26．67％。MS中铵态氮／硝态氮比值为10：50时，鸡冠花试管开花率最高。结论]激素可促进鸡冠花试管开花，铵态氮／硝态氮比值低时有利于鸡冠花试管开花，铵态氮／硝态氮比值高时对鸡冠花试管开花不利，甚至会造成植物铵中毒。
