| 摘 要： | 冶河是石家庄市供水水源地黄壁庄水库重要补给源。通过分析，台河流域1960—2002年洪水径流特征及降水、气温等气候因素和人类活动对洪水径流的影响。结果表明：冶河洪峰流量和洪峰出现频率于70年代末初开始都呈减小的变化趋势，水利工程和农业用水是主要影响因素；水利工程和农业用水对小洪峰的削减效应要强于对大洪峰的削减效应，对小降水年份的径流削减效应要强于丰雨年份，当降雨量达到一定阈值时，径流消减效应可以忽略。
