| Abstract: | Based on the existing data,this paper summarize and analyze the evolution of policy of converting farmland to forest and implementation of the significance of all stages of policy,moreover,the implementation of the project from multi-angle and problems in implementation process were analyzed,finally,some integrity countermeasures and suggestion of the future and current policy problems were put forward. |
