摘    要:摘要目的]研究芡实多糖的超声波辅助法提取工艺。方法]采用超声波辅助提取,以多糖得率为指标,通过L9(3^4)正交试验对芡实多糖的提取工艺进行优化。结果]芡实多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:温度55℃,提取时间40min,料液比1:15。在该条件下,测得的多糖得率为4.65%,RSD值为1.93%(n=3)。结论]超声波辅助法提取芡实多糖,方法简单可行,提取率高。

Abstract:Objective] To study extraction technology of polysaccharides from SEMEN EURYALES by ultrasonic-assisted method.Method] Taking extraction rate of polysaccharides as index,L9(34) orthogonal test was applied to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from SEMEN EURYALES by ultrasonic-assisted method.Results] The optimum extraction technology of polysaccharides was as follows:extraction temperature of 55 ℃,extraction time of 40 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15.Under this conditions,the extraction rate and relative standard deviation(RSD) value of polysaccharides were 4.65% and 1.93%(n=3),respectively.Conclusion] The established ultrasonic-assisted method for extracting polysaccharides from SEMEN EURYALES was simple and feasible with higher extraction rate.
