| 摘 要： | 简要分析了风能资源开发现状,介绍了我国风能资源分布状况以及区域气象站的情况;然后采用区域气象站资料,以湖南省新宁县黄金区域气象站为例,详细介绍了如何利用区域气象站资料进行风能资源评估,并编制了相应的软件。该方法采用SQL数据库及编程,使用简单方便,对指导内陆地区的风能资源开发及挖掘风电场有积极的意义。
