| 摘 要： | 目的]研究宣木瓜中水溶性维生素的提取分离方法。方法]采用冷浸法、热提法和超声波提取法分别对宣木瓜中的水溶性维生素进行提取,并采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其含量。结果]超声波提取法的提取效率最高;HPLC法能快速测定宣木瓜中的水溶性维生素的含量。结论]HPLC法操作简单、快速,结果准确、可靠,可用于实践。

| Abstract: | Objective] The method of extraction and isolation of the water-soluble vitamin in papaya was studied.Method] The water-soluble vitamin in papaya was extracted with the methods of cold-soaking,thermal extraction and ultrasonic way,respectively,and its content was determined with the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results] The highest extraction efficiency was from the ultrasonic extraction and the content of water-soluble vitamin in papaya can be rapidly declared with HPLC.Conclusion] HPLC ... |
