| 摘 要： | 运用社会燃烧理论对农村土地调整中的冲突进行了研究，认为农村土地调整中的冲突是在燃烧的基本条件即“燃烧物质”（农地利益）、“助燃剂”（包括自然灾害、农民土地权利意识增强、农地法律政策及其产权制度缺陷等）和“点火温度”（家庭联产承包责任制的实施）共同作用下产生的，最后总结了对调控农村土地调整中的冲突的认识和思考
