摘    要:目的]为虫生真菌在害虫防治中的应用提供参考。方法]以从罹病昆虫体表分离的虫生真菌Ekks1为供试菌种,对其进行形态鉴定;以ITS4和ITS5为引物,对Ekks1的ITS序列进行PCR扩增、电泳检测和序列分析,并检测Ekks1对小菜蛾和豆蚜虫的杀虫效果。结果]经形态鉴定,Ekks1为半知菌亚门,丝孢纲,丝孢目,丝孢科,白僵菌属,球孢白僵菌(Beauveria.bassiana);经PCR扩增,成功获得了Ekks1菌株的ITS1-5.8s-ITS5 rDNA序列,经分析,ITS1-5.8s-ITS5序列为555 bp,菌株Ekks1与GenBank中B.bassiana(EF672309)的同源性为99%;菌株Ekks1在孢子浓度为1.5×10^7个/ml时,感染8 d后小菜蛾的校正死亡率为76%,感染72 h后豆蚜虫的校正死亡率为61%。结论]Ekks1为白僵菌属真菌,其孢子浓度为1.5×10^7个/ml时,对小菜蛾和豆蚜虫均具有一定的致死效果。
