| 摘 要： | 我国从1978年开始对苹果病毒病进行系统研究,目前初步明确了我国苹果主产区主要病毒病的种类及特性,在病毒检测方面也取得了很大进展。介绍了我国苹果上主要病毒的特性,这些病毒包括苹果花叶病毒（ApMV）、苹果锈果类病毒（ASSVd）、苹果绿皱果病毒（AgrCV）、苹果褪绿叶斑病毒（ACLSV）、苹果茎痘病毒（ASPV）和苹果茎沟病毒（ASGV）;阐述了这些苹果病毒病所采用的技术,包括指示植物、电子显微镜技术、血清学方法、分子生物学技术等。 |

| Abstract: | Detailed research on apple virus initiated in China from 1978.The species of the main apple viruses have been identified and the characteristics of these viruses were discussed in this paper.These viruses included Apple mosaic virus,Apple scar skin viroid,Apple green crinkle virus,Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus,Apple stem pitting virus and Apple stem grooving virus.The main detection technologies were also described in this paper,including indicator plant,electron microscopy,serological method and molecula... |
