鱼腥草多糖超声波提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究鱼腥草(Houttuynia cordata Thunb.)多糖超声波提取工艺。方法]采用超声波法提取鱼腥草多糖,并用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验设计相结合的方法获得最佳提取工艺。结果]鱼腥草多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比(M/V)1∶25,提取温度80℃,提取时间40 min。在此最佳提取工艺条件下,鱼腥草多糖的提取率为5.82%。结论]超声波提取鱼腥草多糖具有节省溶剂、省时、节能及产率高等优点。

Abstract:Objective] Ultrasonic extraction processing of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. polysaccharides was studied. Method] The Houttuynia cordata Thunb. polysaccharides were extracted by ultrasonic extraction method. The best extraction processing was obtained by using single factor experiment and L_9(3~4)orthogonal methods. Method] It was concluded that the optimal conditions of extraction were as follow: material to lipuid ratio 1∶ 25,extraction temperature 80 ℃,extraction time 40 min. Under this conditions,the yield of polysaccharides was 5.82%. Conclusion] Ultrasonic extraction has the advantage of saving solvent,time,energy and high extraction ratio.
