赤城湖指示藻类的组成及物种多样性指数分析

摘    要:目的]为弄清蓬溪县赤城湖指示藻类的组成及其物种多样性,从而为有效保护湖区水质提供参考。方法]采用取样分析法分别在2006年8月28日、11月28日、2007年2月2日和3月28日对11个采样点(渡口、库闸、抽水站、湖心①、团结桥、金仙寺、清幽岛、船舫岛、新堰坎、农家乐和湖心②)的藻类植物进行定性和定量采集,同时对各采样点的pH值、水温、气温和透明度进行测定,并采用Margalef多样性指数、Shannon—Wiener多样性指数和Whittaker多样性指数等分析方法进行定量分析。结果]结果表明:有指示各类水质的藻类73种,但极常出现在各类水体的只有69种,隶属于8门36属。其中,多污带水体指示藻类1种;α-中污带水体中的指示藻类4种;β-中污带的种类28种;微污带水体的种类27种;另有9种可同时指示不同程度的污染水体。Margalef多样性指数、Shannon—Wiener多样性指数和Whittaker多样性指数分析的结果与指示藻类指示的水环境基本一致。结论]目前,赤城湖水体为微污与β-中污之间的水质。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to analyze the species diversity of the algae existed in Chicheng Lake in Pengxi County and provide references for the protection of the lake water.Method] 11 sampling sites,including the ferry,dam gate,pumping station,the center of the lake ① Tuanjie bridge,Jinxian temple,Qingyou island,Chuanfang island,Xinyan candela,a Farm and the center of the lake ② were chose,and the algae collected in 28 August,28 November in 2006 and 2 February,28 March in 2007.The water temperature,air temperature,pH value and transparency of each sample sites were also measured.And qualitative analysis was made with margalef diversity indices,Shannon-wiener diversity indices and whittaker diversity indices.Result] The results showed that there were 73 indicator species,belonging to 8 divisions,38 genus,but only 69 species existed in different kinds of water body.One indicator algae often appeared in multi-contaminated water.4 indicator algaes often appeared in α-mid-contaminated water.28 algaes often appeared in β-mid-contaminated water.27 algaes were indicator algaes of micro-contaminated water,the other 9 algaes could indicate different water body quality.The evaluation result from Margalef diversity indices,Shannon-Wiener diversity indices and Whittaker diversity indexes were in accordance with that of indicator algae.Conclusion] The water quality of Chicheng Lake are between micro-contaminated and β-mid-contaminated water body.
