| 摘 要： | 目的:确定海娜植物中色素提取的工艺条件,建立含量的测定方法.方法:依据海娜植物的叶、茎、花的紫外光谱特征,选择最佳提取溶剂.结果:海娜植物的叶和花中色素含量较高,分别为3.36%、4.62%.结论:该方法简便可靠,为海娜资源的进一步开发利用提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | The objective of the experiment was to study the technological conditions and content determination of pigment from Henna plant.The best solvent was selected with the UV feature of leaf,flower and cane of Henna.The results indicated the content of pigment was higher in Henna leave and flower which was 3.36% and 4.62%,respectively.The method was accurate and simple.It provided a scientific basis and new method for further development and utilization of Henna resource. |
