灰树花多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨灰树花(Grifola frondosa)多糖对小鼠的免疫功能的作用。方法]将30只昆明系小白鼠随机分为3组,每组10只,试验组分别灌喂300(低剂量组)、600 mg/kg(高剂量组)灰树花多糖15 d,对照组灌胃蒸馏水,研究灰树花多糖对小鼠免疫器官增重和血液生化指标的影响。结果]低剂量组小鼠胸腺指数显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);试验组(低剂量组和高剂量组)脾脏指数分别极显著或显著高于对照组(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);低剂量组小鼠血清总蛋白和球蛋白水平分别显著或极显著高于对照组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);低剂量组血清总胆固醇水平显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);低剂量组血清免疫球蛋白IgG含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论]低剂量灰树花多糖组能有效提高小鼠脾脏质量,提高小鼠血清抗体水平,降低血清总胆固醇水平,具有明显增强小鼠免疫能力和降低血脂的功能。

Effects of Grifola frondosa Polysaccharide on Immune Function in Mice

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to discuss the effects of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide on immune function in mice.Method]The thirty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups of 10 each.Two groups were fed respectively with low or high doses(300 or 600 mg/kg body weight) of the Grifola frondosa Polysaccharides.Control group mice were fed with distill water.Each group of animals was allowed to feed on their dose once everyday successively during 15 days to study the effects of Grifola frondosa Polysaccharides on immune organ weight and blood biochemical indics.Result]The results showed that the ratio thymus/body in low-dose group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and ratios spleen/body in low-dose group and high-dose group were extra significantly or significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),respectively.The serum total protein(TP) and the serum globulin(GLO) levels in low-dose group were ignificantly or extra significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The serum total cholesterols(CHOL) level in low-dose group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The serum IgG in low-dose group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]The Grifola frondosa Polysaccharides in low-dose group can improve the spleen quality,increase serum antibody content and lower total cholesterol levels,so has significantly effects on enhancing immune function and on reducing blood lipids in mice.
