盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷酸水解工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优化盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷的酸水解工艺。方法]以干燥盾叶薯蓣根为原料,利用已优化的皂苷提取工艺制备足量水解用皂苷。通过单因素及正交试验研究盐酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间3个工艺参数及其交互作用对薯蓣皂苷水解的影响,以薯蓣皂苷元的含量为指标,筛选酸水解工艺条件。结果]盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷最佳酸水解工艺条件为水解时间4 h,水解温度85℃,酸浓度4mol/L。该条件下,皂苷的平均得率为3.51%,同时可分离得到淀粉。结论]该研究得到薯蓣皂苷的酸水解工艺对资源的综合利用率明显提高,并可大幅度减少废水的生成,减少环境污染。

Abstract:Objective] To optimize acid hydrolysis technique of saponin from the rhizome of Dioscorea zingiberensis.Method] Through single factor and orthogonal test,effects of muriatic acid concentration,reaction temperature,time and interactions on the diosgenin were studied.Result] The results showed that the optimization terms of hydrolysis conditions were: hydrolysis time 4 h,temperature 85 ℃,the acid concentration 4 mol/L.Under this optimum condition,the average yield of diosgenin was up to 3.51%.Furthermore,this process could obtain starch.Conclusion] The method could improve the utilization rate of yam,decrease the amount of wastewater,reduce the environmental pollution.
