超声波辅助提取桦褐孔菌子实体中三萜类化合物的研究

摘    要:目的]优化桦褐孔菌中三萜类物质的超声波辅助提取工艺。方法]以异丙醇为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取法提取桦褐孔菌中三萜类物质,以不同处理条件、超声功率、超声次数和超声处理时间为试验因素,以三萜的提取率为评价指标进行单因素试验,筛选最佳提取工艺。结果]超声辅助技术提取桦褐孔菌子实体中三萜类化合物的最佳工艺条件为超声功率400 W、超声次数30次、超声时间15 min;在此条件下,三萜得率为1.06%。结论]超声波辅助提取法是一种有效的桦褐孔菌三萜类物质提取方法。

Study on the Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction Technology of Triterpenoid from Inonotus obliquus

Abstract:Objective]To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of triterpenoid from Inonotus obliquus.Method]With isopropanol as extracting solvent,the triterpenoid was extracted from Inonotus obliquus by ultrasonic-assisted method.Taking the extraction rate of triterpenoid as an evaluation index,the extraction technology was optimized by means of single-factor experiment with treatment condition,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic frequency and ultrasonic processing time as experimental factors.Result]The optimum ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of triterpenoid from Inonotus obliquus was determined as follows: ultrasonic power of 400 W,ultrasonic frequency of 30 times and ultrasonic processing time of 15 min.With the optimized technology,the extraction rates of triterpenoid was 1.06%.Conclusion]The ultrasonic-assisted method was a kind of effective method to extract triterpenoid from Inonotus obliquus.
