| 摘 要： | 统计了安徽省有气象记录以来的电线积冰观测资料,分析了电线积冰的时空分布特征,同时也对积冰出现时段的气象要素特征进行了详细的总结。在此基础上,详细分析了2008年1月16日发生的宜华±500 kV直流线路事故的气象条件,得出致灾电线积冰的气象条件特征,并给出防御灾害的建议。

| Abstract: | Statistics of observation data of wires glaze since meteorological record in Anhui were carried out.Temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of wires glaze were analyzed.Meanwhile,meteorological element characters during wires glaze appearance were summarized.Based on this,the meteorological condition of Yihua ±500 kV direct current wire accident in Jan.16 were analyzed.Meteorological condition characters which caused wires glaze disaster were obtained,and to suggestions on disaster preventing were put forward. |
