鲤鱼细菌性败血症病原菌的药敏试验

摘    要:目的]为研制有效防治鲤鱼细菌性败血症的疫苗提供依据。方法]从河北省某渔场具有典型细菌性败血症症状的鲤鱼中分离出2株优势菌,对分离菌进行生化鉴定、16S rRNA基因序列测定,并研究分离菌的药物敏感性。结果]根据2株分离菌的菌落形态、生化特性和16S rRNA基因序列的测定结果(同源性为99%),发现2株分离菌均为气单胞菌属的嗜水气单胞菌,认为嗜水气单胞菌是鲤鱼细菌性败血症的病原菌。分离到的2株嗜水气单胞菌对阿米卡星、氨曲南、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、加替沙星等15种抗生素均敏感,对氨苄西林均耐药,对复方磺胺表现出了菌株差异。结论]对嗜水气单胞菌敏感的15种抗生素可作为防治鲤鱼细菌性败血症的首选药物。

Drug Sensitivity Test of Pathogen of Bacterial Septicemia of Carps
Abstract:Objective] The study was to provide the basis for the development of vaccine that could effectively control bacterial septicemia of carps.Method] 2 strains of dominant bacteria were separated from carps with typical bacterial septicemia symptom in a fishing ground in Hebei Province,and the biochemical identification,gene sequencing of 16S rRNA of separated strains were conducted and the drug sensitivity of separated strains was studied.Result] According to the colony morphology,biochemical characteristics and determination results of 16S rRNA gene sequence(homology was 99%) of 2 separated strains,it was found that both 2 separated strains were aeromonas hydrophila of aeromonas,thinking that the aeromonas hydrophila was the pathogen of bacterial septicemia of carps.The 2 separated strains of aeromonas hydrophila were sensitived to 15 kinds of antibiotics such as amikacin,aztreonam,cefotaxime,ceftazidime and gatifloxacin,and they all had drug resistance to ampicillin but showed strain difference to compound sulfamethoxazole.Conclusion] 15 antibiotics sensitived to aeromonas hydrophila all could be the first selection drug to control bacterial septicemia of carps.
