| 摘 要： | 目的]研究灰兜巴提取物的体外清除自由基的活性。方法]以维生素C为对照,比较灰兜巴提取物在3个不同提取过程中的中间产物HDB-1、HDB-2和HDB-3,对超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基、DPPH自由基3种自由基的清除效果。结果]灰兜巴的3个不同提取阶段的中间提取产物中,以HDB-1对超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基和DPPH自由基的清除活性最强。在该试验浓度条件下,HDB-1对3种自由基的清除率分别为36.2%、31.1%和35.0%;而HDB-2和HDB-3对自由基的清除活性差异不大。结论]该方法提取的灰兜巴产物有开发为天然抗氧化剂的潜力。
