江苏典型茶园的茶叶氟含量及其影响因素

摘    要:分析了江苏省各地代表性茶园的老叶、嫩叶氟含量及相应土壤pH、土壤有机质、粘粒含量等理化性质和土壤水溶性氟含量。结果表明:茶叶老叶、嫩叶氟含量分别为229.00~1019.08mg/kg、12.02~102.55mg/kg;不同茶园及不同叶龄茶叶氟含量均有较大差异;茶叶氟含量随着叶龄的增长而增加,与土壤理化性质的关系不明显,老叶氟含量与土壤水溶性氟呈正相关关系;土壤水溶性氟与土壤pH和粘粒含量呈负相关,与土壤有机质含量呈正相关,但与阳离子交换量无相关性。

Abstract:Fluoride is a necessary microelement for healthy and may be absorbed mostly through tea leaf.Therefore,tea drinking is an important approach of absorbing F.The factors controlling the uptake of fluoride from soil into tea leaf were investigated in some representative tea plants in Jiangsu Province.The relation between the content of F in the tea leaves(both the old leaves and the young leaves) and the pH value,organic material(OM) of soil,the content of clay,soil cation exchange capacity(CEC),exchangeable cations and soil water soluble frluoride was discussed in the present paper.The results showed that the variation of fluorine content in the tea was about 229.00~1 019.08 mg/kg in old tea leaf and 12.02~102.55 mg/kg in young tea leaf.There were some differences in F contents in different tea gardens and different ages of tea.Fluorine content in the tea leaf increased with the increase of the ages of tea leaf.The content of F in the tea leaf did not significantly depend on the soil property,the content of F in the old tea leaf depended on the content of water soluble F in soils significantly.The content of soil water soluble F was related to the soil property.It depended on soil pH,the content of clay,and the soil organic materials significantly.It had no remarkable relativity with soil cation exchange capacity.
