摘    要:目的]测定城市污水中的总砷。方法]应用微波消解进行前处理,再采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定城市污水中的砷。结果]在最佳试验条件下,砷的检出限为0.049μg/L,相关系数r〉0.999,加标回收率为96.9%~105.4%,相对标准偏差为2.67%~5.14%。结论]微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定城市污水中的砷简便、快速、高效、安全,灵敏度高,精确度好,检出限低。

Abstract:Objective]The content of total arsenic in urban sewage was determined.Method]The municipal sewage was firstly treated with the method of microwave digestion and then the content of total arsenic was determined with the hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results]In the best experimental condition,the detection limitation of arsenic was 0.049 μg/L;the correlation coefficient r was > 0.999,the recovery was 96.9%-105.4% and the relative standard deviation was 2.67%-5.14%.Conclusion]The method of microwave digestion-hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the determination of arsenic in municipal sewage was simple,fast,efficient,safe,high sensitivity,good accuracy and low detection limitation.
