摘    要:目的]研究轻度、中度及重度水分胁迫处理对苹果矮化砧木主要光合参数的影响,为苹果矮化砧木的抗旱研究提供参考。方法]采用添加PEG6000模拟水分胁迫的水培方式,比较不同程度水分胁迫对5种苹果矮化砧木主要光合参数的影响。结果]随着水分胁迫程度加重,叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶水势均呈下降的趋势。不同砧木对水分胁迫的响应不同。结论]在添加PEG模拟水分胁迫的水培条件下,苹果矮化砧木叶片的光合参数呈规律性变化。

Effects of Water Stress on Main Photosynthesis Parameters of Apple Dwarf Rootstocks

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to research the effects of light,medium and heavy water stress on main photosynthesis parameters of apple dwarf rootstock and provide the reference for further study of drought resistant in apple dwarf rootstocks. Method] Effects of water stress on main photosynthesis parameters of apple dwarf rootstocks was studied by hydroponics adding polyethylene glycol (PEG6000) to simulate water stress. Result] As water stress increase,net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,water potential and stomatal conductance were gradually decreased. Different dwarf rootstocks showed different parameters responses to water stress. Conclusion] In hydroponics adding PEG to simulate water stress,the photosynthesis parameters of apple dwarf rootstock changed regularly.
