| 摘 要： | 目的]为了补充新品种DUS测试所需标准品种库。方法]以24个标准品种和6个待测品种为材料,通过田间性状鉴定和测试研究了杂交棉品种的DUS测试,并讨论了相关问题。结果]标杂A1的株高为120.7 cm,单铃重为5.8 g,衣分为38.4%,生育期为115 d,纤维长度为31.4 mm,整齐度指数为83.3%,马克隆值为4.5,比强度为28.7 CN/tex。标杂A2的株高为123.6 cm,单铃重为5.8 g,衣分为36.1%,生育期为117 d,纤维长度为33.2 mm,整齐度指数为82.0%,马克隆值为4.4,比强度为29.6 CN/tex。豫杂35的株高为112.6 cm,单铃重为5.3 g,衣分为40.5%,生育期为114 d,纤维长度为31.1 mm,整齐度指数为83.5%,马克隆值为4.1,比强度为28.6 CN/tex。结论]该研究对待保护品种的DUS测试具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。
