| 摘 要： | 以上海市镇级土地利用总体规划为例,在ArcGIS平台上,改进了以往的规划工作思想和技术路线,具体分析了土地利用总体规划编制的方法和技巧,并提出以GIS为核心的规划辅助编制系统的系统需求和系统功能,取得较理想的效果。
