吊兰水培根诱导技术研究

摘    要:目的]研究组合植物激素对水培吊兰的影响,为吊兰水培提供一定的技术指导。方法]以生长状况一致的土培吊兰为试验材料,经不同生长激素及不同浓度组合处理,用3种不同的基质固定水培,观察水培吊兰根系生长状况。结果]经1.0×10-7μg/L 6-BA+3.9×10-6g/L萘乙酸组合驯化液处理,陶粒基质固定的水培吊兰在新根数目、根系长度、根系直径、根活力等生理指标上均优于其他处理。结论]研究植物激素对植物水生根系生长的影响,对于提高植物水培成活率、扩大水培植物种类有重要意义。

Research on the Hydroponic Induction Technology of Bracketplants Roots

Abstract:Objective] This research aims to explore the effect of combined plant hormones on hydroponic bracketplants,to provide some technical guidance for the hydroponic culture of bracketplants.Method] Soil-cultured bracketplants in the same growth condition were selected as experimental materials.After being treated with different growth hormone combinations with different concentrations,three different kinds of substrates were used for fixed culture.Growth conditions of hydroponic bracketplant roots were observed and recorded.Result] After being treated with the domestication liquid combination of 0.1×10-7 μg/L 6-BA+3.9×10-6 g/L NAA,hydroponic bracketplants which fixed by using ceramic substrate was better than others in the number of new roots,root length,root diameter,root activity and other physiological indicators.Conclusion] In this research,the effects of plant hormones on the growth of aquatic plant roots were explored,which had important significance to improve the survival rate of hydroponic-cultured plants and expand the hydroponic plant species.
