| 摘 要： | 基于生物制药行业的发展,分析该行业人才需求状况,在此基础上提出了高校生物工程专业(制药方向)人才培养目标定位与方案的建议,即应用型技术人才培养应加强实践技能及其相关理论课程的学习,应用型研发人才应加强基础理论课程的学习和科研思维、能力的培养。

| Abstract: | Based on the development of biopharmaceutical industry,the requirements of qualified scientist and technician were analyzed.On the basis of this,advices for talents cultivation orientation of the major of bioengineering were put forward,namely practice ability and related course study should be strengthen for the training of qualified technician,and research ability and basic theory study for qualified scientists. |
