东辽河流域水生态健康状况的模糊综合评价

摘    要:在东辽河水生态状况调查的基础上,进行了东辽河流域水生态健康评价。将流域水生态健康综合评价依据划分为河岸带状况、水环境状况、底泥状况、水生生物状况4个准则,进一步筛选出河岸带植被多样性指数、底泥重金属含量、COD、总氮、总磷、浮游植物多样性指数等19项具体指标,建立了由准则层和指标层构成的水生态健康评价体系。应用层次分析法确定各个指标在评价中的权重,构造各指标对各健康级别的隶属度函数并计算其隶属度,最后根据模糊综合评价原理对东辽河流域18个调查点的水生态健康状况进行了评价。结果表明:18个调查点中10个为"病态",5个为"临界",1个为"亚健康",2个为"健康",并发现水生态健康状况受到洪水的影响很大。该评价成果为东辽河管理和保护工作提供了科学依据。

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Hydro-ecological Health Condition in Dongliao River Basin

Abstract:According to the survey of the Dongliao River hydro-ecological condition,the hydro-ecological health was evaluated,and the hydro-ecological health comprehensive evaluation was divided into four norms,namely riparian zone condition,water environment condition,sediment condition and aquatic organism condition.Moreover,19 indicators such as the riparian vegetation diversity index,content of heavy metals in sediment,chemical oxygen demand(COD),total phosphorus,total nitrogen,phytoplankton diversity index,etc.were selected to establish an integrated assessment index system that included rule hierarchy and index hierarchy.Based on these indices,analytic hierarchy process method was applied to evaluate the weight of each indicator,membership function was constructed and used to determine the degree of membership of each index.Finally,the hydro-ecological health conditions of 18 samples were assessed using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the assessment results in 10 of 18 samples are "sick" level,5 samples are "critical" level,1 sample is "sub healthy",while only 2 samples are "healthy" level,the present status of hydro-ecological health condition in Dongliao River is bad.It is also suggested that the level of hydro-ecological health condition in Dongliao River basin is deeply affected by the flood.This study provides scientific evidence to the government for the work of management and the protection of Dongliao River.
