农民工流动影响因素及流动效应的研究综述

在对现有关于农民工流动的影响因素及流动效应的文献进行综述的基础上,总结出影响农民工流动的因素有经济、政治、社会文化、农民工的输出输入地、个人和家庭特征因素,农民工的流动既有经济效应又有社会效应。对农民工流动的后续研究,应该构建符合我国特色的一般理论、提高研究方法的规范性,同时对于目前存在争议的研究议题进行持续和深化研究。

Review on the Influencing Factors and the Flow Effect of Rural Migrant Workers' Migration

The study reviewed the literatures of the influencing factors and flow effect of rural migrant workers’ migration,pointed out the influencing factors,including economic,politics,social culture,output and input fields,individual and family characteristic factors.The effect of this flow comprised both economic and social.The study argued that both forming a common theory with Chinese characteristics and improving the standardization of research are needed concerning the follow-up research on migrant workers.Meanwhile,continuing and deepening study was also required in the field of controversial research issue.
