摘    要:目的]比较研究不同茶树(Camellia sinensis)资源品种的功能性化学成分的差异,为茶叶综合利用及优良茶树品种的选育提供理论基础。方法]对12个茶树品种(黔湄502、黔湄419、黔湄701、蜀永307、海南大叶、东湖早、蒙山11号、台湾大叶、英红2号、越南大叶、安溪水仙、黔湄303)的水浸出物、茶多酚、可溶性糖、咖啡碱、氨基酸含量进行比较鉴定。结果]筛选出茶多酚含量>38%的资源1个,水浸出物含量>50%的资源2个;乔木型可作为高茶多酚品种育种材料,而小乔木型和灌木型可作为高水浸出物品种良好素材。结论]不同茶树品种的功能性化学成分含量有一定的差异,在选育优良茶树品种时应根据选育目标选择不同的育种材料,不同的茶树品种应选择不同的综合利用方式。

Comparison of Functional Biochemical Components Contents in Different Tea(Camellia sinensis) Resources Varieties

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to compare and study the difference of functional biochemical components among different tea resources varieties,to provide a theoretical basis for their comprehensive utilization and good tea variety breeding.Method] Water extract,soluble sugar,tea polyphenol,caffeine and amino acid content in 12 tea varieties(Qianmei 502,Qianmei 419,Qianmei 701,Shuyong 307,Hainan Daye,Donghuzao,Mengshan 11,Taiwan Daye,Yinghong 2,Vietnam Daye,Anxi Shuixian and Qianmei 303) were analyzed.Result] Among 12 tea varieties,one with high polyphenol content(>38%) and two with high water extract content(>50%) varieties were selected.Arbor type tea tree might be good materials for breeding high polyphenol content tea cultivars,while semi-arbor or shrub type tea tree were good breeding materials for breeding cultivars with high water extract content.Conclusion] The functional biochemical components contents have a certain difference among different tea resources varieties.So different breeding materials should be chosen according to different breeding goal in breeding good tea resources variety,and different comprehensive utilization ways should be chosen according to different tea varieties.
