摘    要:目的]探讨恶性杂草紫茎泽兰的化感效应。方法]以萝卜种子为受体,初步研究了紫茎泽兰不同部位(根、茎、叶)、不同浓度(0、10、20、30、40和50 g/L)的水浸液的化感作用。结果]与对照相比,紫茎泽兰根和茎水浸液对萝卜种子的发芽率及幼苗生长(根长和苗长)均呈现出"低浓度促进高浓度抑制"的趋势;而紫茎泽兰叶水浸液对萝卜种子的发芽率及幼苗生长则表现出"随着水浸液浓度的增加,三者均受抑制"的趋势,并且其受抑制程度随着水浸液浓度的增加而增强;在同一浓度下,紫茎泽兰水浸液对萝卜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响强度顺序均为叶>茎>根。结论]结果为紫茎泽兰的田间防治提供了参考。

Effect of Crofton Weed Aqueous Extract with Different Parts on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Radish

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the allelopathic effect of noxious weed crofton weed.Method] The allelopathic effect of crofton weed with different parts(root,stem and leaf) aqueous extracts at different concentrations(0,10,20,30,40 and 50 g/L) was studied using radish seeds as the accepted bodies.Result] Comparing with the control,the effects of root and stem aqueous extracts of crofton weed on germination rate,seedling growth(root length and shoot length) of radish tended to the same tendency that lower concentration accelerated and higher concentration inhibited.While germination rate,seedling growth of radish were inhibited with the incremental leaf aqueous extract of crofton weed,furthermore,inhibited degree increased with the increase of concentration of crofton weed aqueous extracts.Under the same concentration,the order of the effect of crofton weed aqueous extracts on seed germination and seedling growth of radish was leaf>stem>root.Conclusion] The results provide references for the field control of crofton weed.
