摘    要:目的]研究湖南红足蒿枝叶乙醇提取物的抑菌作用。方法]将红足蒿枝叶的乙醇提取物以不同溶剂萃取,分离得到石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物和水溶液3个部分,然后采用高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱对几个部分的物质进行定性分析,并采用牛津杯法研究各提取物对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)的抑菌活性。结果]乙醇提取物对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)的抑菌效果明显;乙酸乙酯萃取物对3种试验菌的抑菌效果较好;石油醚萃取物和水溶液对3种试验菌均无明显的抑菌效果。结论]红足蒿抑菌活性主要成分为中极性化合物群,但水溶性极性成分具有增效作用。

The Screening of the Bacteriostatic Activities of Artemisia rubripes Nakai Extractives

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the bacteriostasis of the ethanol extracts from Hunan A.rubripes branches and leaves.Methods] The ethanol extractives were extracted and separated from A.rubripes branches and leaves by different solvents,and petroleum ether extracts,ethyl acetate extracts and aqueous solution were obtained.Then,each fraction was analyzed qualitatively using HPLC,and their bacteriostatic activities on Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus were studied using Oxford cup method.Result] The bacteriostatic effects of the ethanol extracts on E.coli and B.subtilis were obvious,and the bacteriostatic effects of the ethyl acetate extracts on the above three test organisms were better;however,petroleum ether extracts and aqueous solution had no obvious bacteriostatic effect on the above three test organisms.Conclusion] The major antibacterium active constituents in A.rubripes were the semi-polar compounds,but polar compounds in water solution had synergetic effect for these antibacterium activities.
