烤烟漂浮育苗化控壮苗与抗逆性诱导效果研究

摘    要:目的]在烤烟漂浮育苗中,研究化控对壮苗和抗逆性的效果,为培育健壮无病烟苗提供科学依据。方法]采用苗床叶面喷施的方法,于烟苗3叶期和7叶期分别喷施不同的化控物质,研究它们对烟苗生长、营养吸收和某些生理生化指标的影响。结果]采用化控措施的烟苗在成苗时均达到了适栽壮苗要求,并且生理生化指标表现优良,增加了烟株对营养物质的吸收与利用,减少了病虫害的发生。其中处理T10.010 g/L 3-吲哚丁酸(3叶期喷施)+0.003 g/L多效唑(7叶期喷施)]、T40.010 g/L生根粉(3叶期喷施)+0.003g/L多效唑(7叶期喷施)]和T80.010 g/L萘乙酸(3叶期喷施)+0.010 g/L乙烯利(7叶期喷施)]综合表现最佳。结论]通过一定的化控措施可以达到培育健壮无病、抗逆性强的烟苗的目的,为烤烟化控育苗提供理论基础和技术依据。

Study on the Effects of Breeding Healthy Tobacco Seedlings and Resistance Induction with Chemical Regulation in the Floating System

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of chemical regulation breeding healthy tobacco seedlings and stress resistance in the floating system of breeding tobacco seedlings,and provide a scientific basis for fostering robust and disease-free seedlings.Method] Different chemical control substances were sprayed on tobacco seedlings at 3-leaf stage and 7-leaf stage in nursery bed to study their effects on the growth of tobacco seedlings,nutrient absorption and some physiological and biochemical indicators.Result] The results showed that the seedlings spraying chemical control matters reached the appropriate requirements of suitable cultivation and strong seedlings,their physiological and biochemical indicators were excellent,increased absorption and utilization rate on nutrient,and reduced occurring rate of pests and diseases.Among them,treatment T10.010 g/L 3-indolebutyric acid(spraying at 3-leaf stage)+ 0.010 g/L ethephon(spraying at 7-leaf stage)],T4 0.010 g/L rooting powder(spraying at 3-leaf stage)+ 0.003 g/L paclobutrazol(spraying at 7-leaf stage)] and T70.010 g/L naphthylacetic acid(spraying at 3-leaf stage)+ 0.010 g/L ethephon(spraying at 7-leaf stage)] performed best comprehensively.Conclusion] Some chemical control measures can breed healthy,no disease and strong stress resistance tobacco seedlings,and provide a theoretic and technical basis for breeding tobacco seedlings by chemical control.
