匙吻鲟血液生理生化指标的研究

摘    要:目的]探索匙吻鲟(Polyodom spathula)血液生理生化指标。方法]以50尾二龄匙吻鲟为材料,运用常规血液指标和血细胞涂片方法,测定生理指标3项;利用现代试剂盒测定生化指标11项,并利用统计学方法对测定数据进行统计分析。结果]匙吻鲟的红细胞平均数为1.02×1012/L,白细胞数为0.42×1012/L,红细胞比积值为0.41;血液中的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐、血糖浓度分别为(28.83±3.39)g/L、(11.65±1.49)g/L、(17.99±2.62)μmol/L、(3.09±0.29)mmol/L;碱性磷酸酶、肌酸激酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶的活性分别为(18.81±2.34)U/L、(2.68±0.54)U/ml、(100.44±27.23)U/mgpro、(18.82±6.32)U/mgprot;总胆固醇为(1.16±0.51)mmol/L;甘油三脂为(9.99±4.19)mmol/L;结合胆红素为(0.015±0.007)mg/dl。结论]结果为匙吻鲟的基础生物学研究提供了血液学基础资料,并为其病害防治奠定理论基础。

Study on Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indices of Polyodom spathula

Abstract:Objective] This study aimed to explore blood physiological and biochemical indexes of P.spathula.Method] With 50 trails of P.spathula aged two as the tested materials,3 blood physiological indexes were determined by conventional blood indexes and blood corpuscle smear method and 11 biochemical indexes were determined by modern kits,and statistics method was used to analyze the measured data.Result] The results showed that the average number of red blood cell was 1.02×1012/L,white blood cell was 0.42×1012/L,hematocrit was 0.41.The contents of TP,ALB,Cr and GLU in serum were(28.83±3.39) g/L,(11.65±1.49) g/L,(17.99±2.62)μmol/L,(3.09±0.29) mmol/L,respectively;the activities of AKP,CK,AST and ACT were(18.81±2.34) U/L,(2.68±0.54) U/ml,(100.44±27.23)U/mgpro,(18.82±6.32) U/mgprot,respectively;the contents of TCH,TG and IBIC were(1.16±0.51) mmol/L,(9.99±4.19) mmol/L and(0.015±0.007) mg/dl.Conclusion] This study provided the foundational basis for hematology in the research on the basic biology of P.spathula.
