衡水湖沉水植物分布及对水环境质量的影响

摘    要:目的]调查衡水湖沉水植物的分布情况及对水环境质量的影响。方法]2007~2008年早春及不同季节多次进行调查,统计生物量较大的沉水植物。采集生物量较大的沉水植物,置于HPG-400光照培养箱,在不同温度条件下培养后,用水杨酸法测定培养液中NO-3-N含量,用DDSJ-308A型电导仪直接测定培养液的电导率。结果]衡水湖目前分布量最大且面积最广的沉水植物主要有菹草(Potamagoton crispus)、轮叶狐尾藻(Myriophyllum verticillatum)和灯笼草(Clerodendrum fortunatum)。在相同温度条件下,培养液中NO-3-N含量:灯笼草〉菹草〉轮叶狐尾藻,电导率:灯笼草〉轮叶狐尾藻〉菹草。结论]结合实地调查推测,灯笼草是造成衡水湖近几年7、8月在鸟区等游览区出现臭味,鱼苗死亡的原因。
