| 摘 要： | 针对陕西省西安市水环境现状，从状态-压力-响应指标框架体系出发，建立西安市水环境生态安全评价体系；利用标准化和变异系数法确定各指标的标准化值和权重，采用综合指数评价法得到安全评价的综合指数值；在此基础上，采用等级划分法，建立综合指数值与生态安全评价的等级关系。结果表明：2001—2005年西安市水环境生态安全评价综合值总体呈现波动状态，水环境生态安全已经处于预警状态，并曾处于中警状态中。
