| Abstract: | In this article, through analyzes of the present situation of cultivated land in Chongqing, the opportunity and the challenge faced was put forward. The strategic concept of the protection of the cultivated land in Chongqing was proposed. The countermeasure of cultivated land protection was discussed from several aspects: legal system, administration management, science and technology, economic development and so on. The new mentality for the cultivated land protection in Chongqing, even nation was provided. |
