| 摘 要： | 基于SWOT分析方法,对湖北省双低油菜产业发展环境从以下4个方面进行了分析,以明确其资源优势和缺陷,了解自身所面临的机会和挑战。一是优势分析：地理区位条件优越,政府的大力支持,科研力量雄厚,完备的产业体系支撑;二是劣势分析：品质差,精深加工水平低,宣传推广力度不够,基础设施条件滞后,缺乏有效的市场准入机制和完备的行业法规,尚未形成品牌效应;三是机遇分析：低碳经济带来的机遇,消费者偏好带来的机遇,政策环境的机遇,战略联盟成立带来的机遇;四是威胁分析：外部竞争激烈,比较效益持续下降。结果表明,为了促进湖北省双低油菜产业的发展,必须通过实施品牌效应战略、品质管理战略与深化产业体系战略,充分发挥现有的区位等各种优势,利用难得机遇,积极应对挑战。
