| 摘 要： | 围绕土壤微生物多样性的内涵，可将土壤微生物多样性分为遗传多样性、功能多样性、物种多样性和生态多样性4个研究层面；另将土壤微生物多样性的主要研究方法归为3类，即：传统平板培养法、生物化学方法和分子生物学方法，并分别对各方法进行介绍和评述，最后提出该领域研究的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the intension of soil microbial diversity,divides soil microbial diversity into four research levels:genetic diversity,functional diversity,species diversity and ecological diversity.The article divides the main research methods into three categories:conventional flat method,biochemical method and molecular biology method,then introduces and reviews them respectively and looks forward to the trend of development in the end. |
