| Abstract: | The innovation culture of agricultural research institutes mainly includes four subsystems of value culture,behavior culture,system culture,and garden section culture.And the construction process of innovation culture could be divided into four phases of culture diagnoses,propaganda guide,content construction,solidification and deepening.The building of advanced value culture system would benefit the innovation behavior and garden culture system. |
