| 摘 要： | 通过采集章丘大葱产地土壤、水、大葱植株样品,研究了大葱品质与产地地质地球化学特征的关系。结果表明,营养元素和有毒有害元素的丰缺不仅关系到大葱的长势和产量,而且关系到大葱品质和食用健康性;章丘大葱中的Se与土壤全量Se的关系不显著,而与土壤有效态Se具有更好的相关性。

| Abstract: | Through the collection of the samples of soil,water,and onion plants in Zhangqiu,the relation between the quality of onion and the chemical characteristics of geological and geochemical information of the area was studied.Results suggested that the rich or lack of nutrition and toxic or harmful elements not only was related to the vigor and yield of scallion,but also to the quality of scallion and health of food.The relation between the Se in Zhangqiu scallion with the soil total Se changes was insignifican... |
