连翘叶解剖结构的研究

摘    要:目的]为连翘的鉴别及综合开发利用提供科学依据。方法]应用徒手切片法及临时装片对连翘叶的解剖结构进行研究。结果]连翘叶为典型的异面叶,叶上、下表皮均有腺毛及非腺毛分布,下表皮腺毛较多,气孔只分布于叶下表皮,气孔指数为15.3%-20.7%,上表皮无气孔;叶肉有栅栏和海绵组织之分,栅栏组织为2列,叶的主脉处维管束为外韧性,木质部导管8-9列。结论]连翘叶的解剖结构与其生理功能及生态环境是相适应的。
