洞庭湖区引种条件下池蝶蚌胚胎发育的研究

摘    要:目的]为池蝶蚌的人工繁殖、新品种培育及种质资源保护等提供理论依据。方法]采用显微技术研究了洞庭湖区引种条件下池蝶蚌的胚胎发育和钩介幼虫结构。结果]在16~24℃的水温下,胚胎发育历时约11d,胚胎发育的最适水温为22~25℃;池蝶蚌卵为均黄卵,受精卵在雌蚌内、外鳃腔中进行胚胎发育,胚胎发育同步;胚胎发育过程包括受精卵、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、膜内钩介幼虫期和钩介幼虫期;卵裂为螺旋不等完全卵裂。结论]通过池蝶蚌外鳃的特征可初步判断胚胎发育的时期。

Abstract:Objective] To provide valuable data for artificial reproduction,germplasm resource conservation and breeding in Hyriopsis schlegeli.Method] The characteristics of embryonic development and glochidia structure of Hyriopsis schlegeli introduced in Dongting lake area were observed under light microscopy.Result] The embryonic development took 11 d when the water temperature ranged between 16-24 ℃.The optimum temperature range for the embryonic development was 22-25 ℃.The Hyriopsis schlegeli eggs were yellow.The fertilized female mussels were located inside and outside the gill cavity for embryonic development.The embryonic development was simultaneous.The embryonic development included six stages:fertilized eggs,cleavage,blastula,gastrula,membrane glochidia and glochidia.The mexogenesis was spiral meroblastic cleavage.Concluision] The embryonic development stages can be preliminarily determined according to the outer gill characters of female Hyriopsis schlegeli.
