姜瘟致病菌高毒力菌株及拮抗菌的分离

摘    要:目的]筛选强拮抗能力强的芽孢杆菌。方法]从山东莱芜采集病姜及附近土壤中分离出姜瘟致病菌高毒力菌株,并利用芽孢杆菌进行了拮抗试验。结果]LW-4、LW-7、LW-32这3株菌对姜瘟致病菌有较强的拮抗能力,其抑菌圈面积较其他菌株大。结论]为防治姜瘟病提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Objective] The paper was to screen Bacillus with strong antagonistic effect.Method] The diseased ginger and the surrounding soils were collected from Laiwu of Shandong Province,and the high-virulence strains of the pathogen of ginger blast(Ralstonia solanacearum) were isolated,Bacillus was used to carry out antagonistic test.Result] Three strains LW-4,LW-7 and LW-32 had strong antagonistic effect against R.solanacearum,the area of their inhibition zone was larger than other strains.Conclusion] The study...
