| 摘 要： | 目的]对农村非点源污染防治模式进行研究。方法]以天津市典型的农业县宁河县为例,在研究当地经济社会发展现状和农村非点源污染特征的基础上,构建了一套适合于宁河县的农村非点源污染防治模式,并对其环境和经济效益进行分析。结果]根据不同的农村非点源来源,将宁河县农村非点源污染防治模式分为种植业、养殖业和农村生活3个污染防治模块。种植业非点源污染防治模块包括合理使用化学品、节水灌溉及秸秆资源多元化利用等内容;养殖业非点源污染防治模块从养殖场或养殖小区的选址、饲养方式的选择、畜禽粪尿综合利用等方面提出防治对策;农村生活非点源污染防治模块则按地理位置将村落进行划分,分别按照小城镇建设和生态村建设的思路提出污染控制措施。各模块既相互联系又具有针对性,适合不同发展情况下的村落非点源污染防治。结论]该研究为海河流域以及其他北方地区的农村非点源污染防治提供了借鉴和参考。 |
